QUESTIONS
How do we reserve our wedding date?
Our wedding film contact form can be found in the top right corner of our website. We will confirm availability and send you more information after answering a few questions on the form. Our team is currently booking wedding film packages for 2025 and 2026.
What type of equipment do you use?
Ethan has spent extensive time researching the best camera equipment to capture your wedding day. Our video systems are compact and non-intrusive. We primarily capture each video on with Sony FX3 Cinema Camera and the Sony FX30. Our video cameras are capable of capturing HD 1080p and 4k resolution video up to 120 frames per second. We use a combination of Sony and Canon gear to create the most cinematic shots in your film. A myriad of other equipment including: gimbal stabilizers, tripods, monopods, and audio recording devices is utilized to guarantee your memories are captured professionally.
How is music chosen for our wedding film?
Ethan Britt Films purchases music licenses for each wedding film through our membership with MusicBed. This company provides the peace of mind that you can post your wedding films on any social media platform with no concern for copyright infringement. We spend hours listening to songs in order to find one that fits your film the best! You are more than welcome to make suggestions and offer guidance on song choice.
How far do you travel? And will it cost us extra?
Our team is available to travel anywhere. Our wedding film packages include any travel 50 miles or less from Raleigh, North Carolina.
We can create a custom package with detailed expenses catered specifically to your wedding location if it exceeds this amount.
When will our film be delivered? How will it be delivered?

Digital Video Delivery

The wedding film editing process generally takes 6 to 10 weeks to complete following your wedding date. We deliver our wedding films in two different ways. The first is with a service called, WeTransfer, which allows us to send up to 200/GB per download of video. You can download your files with the link provided.

Flash Drive Delivery

The second option is to delivery your full wedding film package with a flash drive. This is the method we typically use to deliver if the file size is too large for online transfer. Often if we are working on a larger video package or delivering raw files it has to be on a flash drive or hard drive. We have found that SanDisk flash drives are very reliable and a good option for keeping a back-up copy of your videos!

Video Book Delivery

The third option is with a video book called "TheMotionBook". A motion book is similar to a photo album, except it plays your wedding film each time you open the book! It is a great way to share your wedding film or just have it to watch at any time. These are included with many of our video packages and you are welcome to request additional video books with your package! The video books are also available for purchase at www.themotionbooks.com.
